Client Service Representative
Location: Rexburg, Idaho (In-office)

We’re looking for a Client Service Representative who thrives in a detail-oriented environment and enjoys building strong relationships with clients.
Position Overview
The Client Service Representative plays a key role in supporting advisors and delivering an exceptional client experience. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys both administrative work and client interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client service needs
- Assist with account opening, transfers, and maintenance (Charles Schwab, LPL, American Funds, Fidelity, etc.)
- Prepare and process paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Support advisors with meeting prep and follow-up
- Maintain accurate client records and CRM updates
- Coordinate client meetings and scheduling
- Help ensure a smooth and professional client experience at every touchpoint
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience in financial services or administrative support preferred, but not required
Preferred (Not Required)
- Accounting or Finance background
- Proficiency in excel
- An understanding of basic financial concepts (retirement plans, IRAs, taxable accounts, and investment basics)
