Keaton Parkinson is financial advisor with a robust foundation in tax advisory, data analytics, and financial planning. Prior to joining Cordingley & Parkinson, Keaton worked as a Quantitative Tax Consultant at Ernst & Young (EY), where he consulted some of the world’s largest companies on how to navigate complex, data-intensive tax challenges.

Keaton earned his bachelor’s degree in financial economics with a minor in data science from Brigham Young University – Idaho. During his undergrad, he served as President of the Investment Society, where he led a collaborative project between the Investment Society and the Data Science Society. Through this experience, he discovered that combining financial and data skills allowed him to tackle financial problems in ways he couldn’t have otherwise. This realization inspired him to earn a master’s degree in computer science with a specialization in data science at Rice University. He is passionate about integrating data-driven insights into the financial planning process to deliver solutions that best serve his clients' interests.

Outside of work, Keaton enjoys golfing, hiking, and embracing an active outdoor lifestyle. Above all, he finds joy in spending time with his family.
